Mountain View Cabins features:
15 Rental Cabins. Each cabin has 2 queen beds, a 3 piece washroom, TV & DVD player, ceiling fan, spare fan and spare heater, 2 baseboard heaters, bedding and linens.
14 of the Rental Cabins also have a mini kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, and dishware.
There are 3 additional cabins. 1 for the Manager; 1 for Staff featuring 2 bunk beds; and 1 for Laundry / Reception.
There are 3 washers, 3 dryers and 1 dishwasher on site.
There are 4 rental “bunkies”. 3 of the bunkies have 1 bunk bed while the 4th has a double bed. These are very rustic and intended for the backpacker crowd. They have candle lanterns, 2 camp chairs, a 5 gallon water container and washing bin. There is also an outhouse for bunkie guests
There is a Staff bunkie / storage shed
There is a heated Pump House and Hydro / Cleaning shed.
There is a large, covered outdoor dining / kitchen area with 7 tables with bench seating, 2 fridges, cold water sink, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
There are 2 BBQs and a BBQ shelter
There is a wood shed large enough for roughly 8 full cords of firewood
There is a large fire pit with seating for a bus full of guests
There are 2 viewpoints across the Columbia River Valley towards the Purcell Mountains
At present there is one campsite with room for many more.
All of the cabins are insulated and can be rented out year round. Either to tour groups / individuals or rent them monthly to people who work in town.
